DENIS DRENI

Mr. Denis Dreni is a proven sales leader who leverages a detailed understanding of US and International markets to cultivate strong strategic alliances, manage all client services, and implement winning solution-selling and closing strategies. Multilingual with international experience, Mr. Dreni has incubated and signed new OEM agreements and new business models for mobile ecosystem SaaS model of services for Samsung in North America, EMEA, and APAC. Mr. Dreni assumed this leadership role at Samsung when the company acquired PrinterOn in 2014. Prior to that, he drove sales and business development initiatives which resulted in rapid turnaround and growth at PrinterOn, leading the company in expanding into new verticals and markets.

Mr. Dreni was pivotal in expanding the company’s product offerings, monetizing all aspects of the Intellectual Property and leveraging their 50+ patents and trademarks Among his accomplishments at PrinterOn, Mr. Dreni developed their sales & business development strategy which included the IP strategy, while working with R&D to adopt highly effective product and marketing plans including revamping the company’s website and collateral materials. The outcome of these initiatives was as fast global recognition of the company as a leader in the Education, Legal, Hospitality, and Telecom verticals. These were key initiatives that positioned PrinterOn as a desirable asset for Samsung to acquire in 2014 as a valued asset. Mr. Dreni’s earlier work included providing business, product, project, and sales consulting services to telecom companies operating in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

His success included developing sales strategy for technology product clients from New Zealand, China, The Netherlands and supporting a French mobile payment software company in entering new EMEA markets. Prior to that, Mr. Dreni worked as the Channel Sales Director in the UK for Dexterra. At Dexterra he created and executed new market and business expansion plans that were carried out in fifteen European countries. He sourced, developed, and closed business with a leading wireless carrier and their clients, achieving 150% of quota. Mr. Dreni earned his Master’s in Product Marketing and Mergers & Acquisition from Keller Graduate School – A DeVry University. Previously, he graduated Summa cum Laude from Huntington University with a Bachelor of Computer Science and Business Management. His language proficiencies include English, Italian, and Spanish, while improving his Japanese. Mr. Dreni has served in numerous advisory roles and board positions, guiding planning and strategic including but not limited to: PrinterOn, Samsung Electronics, SkyPoint Advisors, Sage Group, TimeSet Inc., CoMo Global Ltd, Mosaic Entertainment Platform, Inc. and others.

Åsa has 28 years working experience within Business Development in over 50 countries in Asia, Latin America, Africa and Eastern &Western Europe. She is a skilled trainer, facilitator and coach, specialized in Business Strategy and Leadership Development. Besides her MBA and numerous professional certifications, Åsa has extensive experience of managing complex projects and programmes for the business community as well as Governments and International Organisations.

Ingrid Sieder, MBA Long-term practice in international tourism marketing
Ingrid Sieder, MBA, is founder and Managing Director of the consultancy company Sieder TourismStrategies and has 25 years of practical experience at the Austrian National Tourist Office in Vienna and abroad. For 12 years, she has directed the branch office in Prague and has been responsible for the market strategy as well as for operative marketing, which led to the tripling of overnight stays of Czech guests in Austria. For her successful work, she has been awarded the TTG Travel Award for running the best national tourist office on several occasions. Before that, Ingrid Sieder managed the Austrian offices in Brussels and Copenhagen and was deputy area manager for Western Europe and overseas markets.

Ingrid Sieder is also an university lecturer and teaches destination management on behalf of the IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems at universities in China and Azerbaijan and is therefore always up to date in theory. 2016, Ingrid Sieder graduated from Danube University Krems with an MBA and specialized in strategic management, global marketing and integrated marketing communications.

She also completed two study visits at HKUST University in Hong Kong and at the US elite university in Stanford, California. In the context of her master thesis, she analyzed the strategic market potential of China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea for the Austrian tourism industry. She learned marketing and advertising from scratch at the Vienna University of Economics and Tourism Management at the Tourism College in Krems. Traveling is the greatest passion of Ingrid Sieder and she has already visited more than 70 countries on all 5 continents.
